This is your Catalyst Bible College Graduation Application! Please fill out this form to the best of your ability.
Your Graduation Application will not be accepted until your Graduation Fee of $150 is paid, via check, to CBC.
By completing this form, you are...
- Agreeing to pay the entirety of your graduation fee to Catalyst Bible College prior to graduation. This can be turned in directly to the V1 Accounting Offices via Wall Safe. Please note on a non-giving envelope what the payment is for and include a hard copy of your emailed invoice.
- Agreeing to completing the graduation application in full.
- Indicating if you will participate in the on-campus graduation service and banquet.
- Agreeing to email 5-10 pictures to cbcsupport@catalystbible.com for a picture slideshow to be shown at the Graduation Banquet (not required).
Please note that additional graduation banquet tickets may be purchased for $20 at the time of paying your graduation fee. Email cbcsupport@catalystbible.com with how many additional tickets you plan to purchase.
